Yes. The studio is private and by appointment only, so each visit can be unhurried and one-on-one. Call or text to choose a time.

Do you sell wigs online?

No. Every wig is fitted, cut, and styled in person, which is why we don't offer online sales. The consultation is part of the care.

Do you work with women experiencing hair loss?

Yes — many of Rachel's clients are navigating hair loss from illness or treatment. Consultations are private, one-on-one, and unhurried.

Can you customize a wig to fit my face and style?

Absolutely. Cap adjustment, thinning, custom cutting, and styling are all part of the fitting so your piece feels natural and looks like you.

Do you offer wig care after purchase?

Yes. Washing, conditioning, restyling, and gentle maintenance keep your wig looking its best. Rachel services the products she sells.

Do you offer toppers or hair additions?

Yes. The studio carries toppers, ponytails, halos, and formal pieces for added volume, length, or special occasions.

What should I bring to a consultation?

Just yourself. If you have a reference photo or a piece you'd like to try, feel free to bring it. Rachel will guide you through the rest.
